Opportunities for deepening your Body Trust® practice beyond therapy

Queering Your Body Story
for Providers

Body Trust® Practices for Providers

Queering Your Body Story for Providers was created as a love letter to queer and trans providers, healers, and helpers of all kinds. A full-day experiential workshop created by and for queer and trans helping professionals, Queering Your Body Story is a dedicated space to explore your own queer body story, built specifically for providers. Your queer body story is not separate from your clinical work. It's already in the room.

ANCHORING

Body Trust® Practices for Queer Survivors

ANCHORING is a weekly community gathering and learning space to deepen your Body Trust® practice built by survivors, for survivors.  Each week, you'll receive a new practice to explore and consider.  We’re looking to support your life, so this is meant to be easy, accessible, and without pressure.  Think of it as a gentle, consistent support and reminder of your humanity.

Queering Your Body Story

Dedicated Space for Exploring Your Queer Body Story

Exploring, writing, and sharing our queer, trans, fat Black, Brown, disabled body stories allows us to know the truest stories about ourselves–a truth powerful enough to change us and the world.

Queer Body Stories are Resistance.
Queer Community Sustains Us.
Queering Your Body Story is how we practice both.
